Perfect for California rainstorms

I�m the only one wearing these in my area. I look so prepared and polished for the wet weather we have been having in January 2023. I am 5�1� with short athletic legs with not-thin calves and the shaft fits with room for jeans. I am 8.5 US size WIDE and the size 8 was such a good choice. I wear athletic socks to accommodate my wide width and the rubber after regular use conforms to my gorilla feet lol. The top of the shaft does not interfere with the circumference of the knee joints, short-legged as I am. Those with thin legs can wear the Hunter fleece socks and adjust the buckle. I wear ripped-at the knees jeans with these so I can move as if I�m not wearing tall boots. I don�t know why some people think these are very heavy. I like the feel of real rubber. Maybe they are comparing it with the fake Hunters out there that are plastic.
